libinput and related tools

Recently I see customizing the libinput is useful to use input devices such as keyboard, trackpad (touchpad), trackpoind and mouse effectively on Linux.

I also have some other libinput related tools that I want to try.

• libinput-gestures: https://github.com/bulletmark/libinput-gestures: I want to set the pinch gestures to zoom in/out, and 3 fingers gestures on the trackpad.

• dual-function-keys: https://gitlab.com/interception/linux/plugins/dual-function-keys: I want to assign

  • "z" hold as left ctrl, "x" hold as "left super, "c" hold as left alt, "v" hold as left shift, "b" hold as left switch (used in compose switch)
  • "n" hold as right switch, "m" hold as right shift, "," hold as right alt, "." hold as right super, "/" hold as right ctrl.
