I see the success of the business model of FairPhone who does things differently unlike other phone companies, and the growth, who was featured by World Economic Forum recently [1]. Now we can see the laptop version from a new company "Framework". Framework laptop.
The "Framework" will provide a laptop which we can replace the parts of the laptop easily focusing reducing e-waste, sustainability, security and privacy. It will be shipped this summer. It seems that no preinstalled OS version to install Linux will be available. It's like Dell XPS 13 Developer edition. If this company will do the business like FairPhone, we can expect the active forum.
