Future of Cambridge

The challenges of Cambridge are (1) an accessibility from Cambridge main station to center of city, and (2) an accessibility from these places to lab area (Genome Campus, Chesterford Research Park and Granta Park in Hinxton). Also an accessibility to Capital Park.

(1): New tram improves it by 2025. But there are buses now. (2): South Cambridge train station solves it by 2022. [3] There are also interesting documents [1][2].

I think 2018 was a first year starting a collaboration between IT companies and Bio IT companies (or Academic), seeing the actual bio IT events in Cambridge (= entire Europe). And the South Cambridge station project and new tram project also started in 2018. This is to promote the collaboration between them physically. For 3, 4 years by 2022.
